Chandelier Transformations Youth Mentoring's (formerly Chandeliers for Christ) mission is to bring together Middle School and High School teenage girls in the Tampa Bay Area from low socio-economic neighborhoods to create a strong sisterhood that empowers, motivates and uplifts them while teaching them to make a powerful impact in a global economy.

Our Vision

Chandelier Transformations Youth Mentoring (C.T.Y.M) has a vision to transform the lives of teenage girls by empowering them with Coaching and Development, Public Speaking, Community Involvement, Social Activism, Arts and Culture, Mentorship and so much more to become the trailblazers and innovators of their communities for generations to come.
